Services

APT personnel bring proven and credible background to site plan development for projects of all sizes and degrees of complexity.

We pride ourselves on accepting the tough siting and land use challenges inherent to your projects. Our expertise in telecommunication, public utility, renewable energy, and commercial development provides us with a unique understanding of what is necessary to successfully design and permit a wide range of projects.

Telecommunications Engineering

APT has been designing and permitting telecommunication facilities and their respective infrastructure since 2000. We have completed thousands of designs and installations on tower, rooftop, in-building, ground mounted, and raised platform projects at public, private and municipally-owned facilities.

Structural Engineering

Our licensed Professional Engineers have evaluated and analyzed thousands of structures and buildings. APT has extensive experience in designing structural elements of telecommunication and energy infrastructure. Experience, expertise, accuracy, and attention to detail – that’s what our clients have come to expect from APT.

Site Planning & Civil Design

APT’s soil/wetland scientists and biologists possess in-depth experience in qualitative and quantitative natural resource studies. Field evaluations of wetlands and wildlife habitats using the latest in mapping technologies and are performed in conformance with both state and regional federal regulatory requirements. Regulators are happy to see our name associated with submittals because they have to come to expect receipt of comprehensive and accurate documents.

Environmental Siting and Permitting

APT’s scientists and engineers have the experience to provide answers to tough siting, permitting and land use challenges. Our goal is to obtain a thorough understanding of a project’s potential for success, and determine development viability by identifying the physical and regulatory limitations early in the planning stage. This allows our clients to make informed decisions on how projects can best be advanced and help them navigate through the complex and ever-changing regulatory and approval process.

Visual Assessments & Simulations

APT produces a wide range of visualization analyses, aesthetic evaluations, photo-simulations, and high-resolution graphics for presentation materials. Team members have established unique tools and 3D modeling techniques to predict realistic view sheds associated with development projects. The results are effective vehicles for public outreach and in siting and regulatory permitting proceedings.

We are licensed in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Rhode Island, and New York.
